Kalae Chock is an American Emmy-award-winning Anchor working at KHQ where she serves as the weekday morning news co-anchor.

He was working alongside Sam Adams on the Wake Up Show from 5 am to 7 am.

What she enjoys most about her job is getting out of the studio and meeting people with stories to tell. Over the years, she has earned 2 regional Emmy awards including one in 2014, for Best Sports Feature and the other in 2017 for Light Feature.

Prior to working in Spokane in 2005, as a reporter, she worked at KPAX in Missoula and at KAJ-TVin Kalispell, Montana.

In addition, Chock attended Washington State University where she graduated in 2002, from its Edward R.

Murrow School of Communication. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Communication and Leadership Studies in 2014, from Gon
