There was really nothing like it at its time, and it is still in print. 

Do you still have your original copy?

No, but I did find a nicely beaten up copy at a thrift store that I could pretend was my original.

It even had some crayon drawing in it here and there. To have a pristine copy of that would seem wrong. 

Are any of your books at this point available as eBooks?

All of my novels, I think.
